Entry into VOP White is strictly through a formal tryout process. If you have the rank,
the experience, and the drive to represent the White jersey:
Rank Requirement:
Open Rank. We prioritize mechanical skill,
game sense, and team chemistry over
a specific ladder rating.
Collegiate Experience:
Minimum of one year of active collegiate Valorant
experience. We are looking for veterans who
understand the nuances of league play, scouting,
and the rigors of a tournament season.
Internal Progression:
Eligibility for VOP Purple is exclusive to
current members of VOP Black. This
Black-to-Purple pipeline ensures that every
player on the roster is already deeply
integrated into our community values and
tactical systems.
VOP White is fully supported by a dedicated performance
team to ensure our players reach their ceiling.
